Research Use Only

All products sold by VONOX Labs are labeled and marketed strictly for research use only and are not intended for human consumption, medical, veterinary, or household use. By purchasing from our website, customers acknowledge they are qualified to handle research materials responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Order Accuracy & Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vonoxlabs.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging and products

A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

A replacement shipment

Store credit

A refund at our discretion

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds and product handling standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened products may be eligible for return only if:

The item is unused and sealed

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The product was delivered in error by VONOX Labs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Product received was incorrect

Product arrived damaged

Order was lost during transit and confirmed by carrier

Duplicate orders caused by technical error

Refunds are not granted for:

User handling/storage errors

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

Permanent account bans

Refusal of future service

Submission of evidence to payment processors
